1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Cancellation will stop future renewals
- You will continue to have access to premium content until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
2. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase.
- Refund requests made within this 14-day period will be processed in full
- After 14 days from the purchase date, no refunds will be issued
- Refunds apply only to the initial subscription payment
Access to digital content may be revoked once a refund is issued.
3. Free Trials and Promotions
If a free trial or promotional offer is provided:
- No charges will be made during the free trial period
- The subscription will convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends
- Refund eligibility follows the same 14-day refund window starting from the first paid charge
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you experience any billing issues, please contact us first so we can resolve the matter. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension.
